On September 7th, Jiang Wei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice President, and Secretary General of the China Iron and Steel Association, and his delegation visited Yonggang for inspection and exchange. From January to August, Yonggang Group achieved a year-on-year growth of over 15% in operating revenue and over 40% in Yonggang's foreign trade exports, maintaining stable and healthy development. At the symposium, Wu Yi expressed gratitude for the continuous care and support of China Steel Association and introduced Yonggang Group's business overview and industrial development status.

Wu Yi stated that in the face of severe and complex domestic and international situations, Yonggang is accelerating its transformation and upgrading to gather new momentum for development. Promote the construction of major projects such as "low-carbon development and high-precision transformation", achieve high-end and green products, and promote industrial transformation. Tapping potential and increasing efficiency, strengthening talent team construction and inventory management, introducing advanced management experience, promoting lean operation, and further enhancing the competitiveness and comprehensive operational ability of the enterprise.

At the same time, the enterprise has coordinated and promoted green and high-quality development, with a cumulative investment of over 7 billion yuan. It has strengthened comprehensive environmental governance and the transformation of the entire production process, forming low-carbon processes such as "rolling instead of forging" and less slag smelting, low-carbon technologies such as "hydrogen oxygen cutting" and preheating recovery, as well as a series of green products such as non annealing cold heading steel. It has become the first steel enterprise in Jiangsu Province to complete the full process ultra-low emission publicity. In July of this year, an EPD report on hot-rolled steel bar products was also released on the China Steel Association EPD platform.
