It creates a smart supply chain system through lean management methods. In August 2019, it was launched for trial operation. Currently, more than 310000 types of raw materials and spare parts for the metallurgical industry have been put on shelves, with 4736 registered users distributed in nearly 200 cities and regions across the country. As of September 1, 2023, the total transaction amount has reached 241.625 billion yuan.

The Zhongxinlian Cloud Commerce Platform focuses on the global integrated control of steel industry production, capturing data in real-time throughout the entire production process, ensuring timely transmission of information throughout the supply, production, and sales processes. It utilizes big data analysis to design production plans and guide steel enterprises in on-demand production. Ultimately, the platform will achieve the goal of building a smart supply chain system that connects both inside and outside the steel industry by improving transaction process efficiency, reducing inventory backlog, and improving stocking accuracy.
