It is my great honor to join the Financing Department of the Product Marketing Department of Hebei Xinda Group Sales Company and start my career. I am very lucky to be an auditor in the Engineering Accounting Department of Hebei Xinda Group Engineering Management Center. For me, this is the first step in my career from scratch. I learned a lot during the one month working in the Engineering Accounting Department. With the deepening of the work, I came into contact with many new things and encountered many new problems. Out of the campus and into the post, I am very happy to join Hebei Xinda Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. raw material plant equipment department, to become a mechanical inspector.

On the first day, I came to the production site, witnessed the entire production process of sinter, and had a preliminary understanding of the sintering process, and my heart was full of more curiosity. After that, I went to the site every day with my master, who taught me how to check the mechanical failure and introduced me to the process of each stage and the specific process of operation. Through this month's study, I know how the raw materials are proportioned and how the mixture is sintered and mineralized. After that, the sinter is broken and cooled, and screened in the vibrating screen chamber. Qualified products will enter the next step, and the others will be used as bedding material or returned to the mixing chamber for mixing again. In the past month, I have learned a lot of knowledge, and the technical level has been greatly improved.
