He Wenbo introduced the progress of the key work determined by the association to Tan Chengxu, and combined with the harvest of recent theme education research, and Tan Chengxu focused on the understanding and thinking of the current development environment and countermeasures of the steel industry, mainly around the "how to deal with capacity governance" and "how to go green and low-carbon" two aspects of in-depth exchange of views. He Wenbo said that since the beginning of the year, after the sixth and fifth member meetings of the Steel Association, the association has always carried out work in accordance with the established plan, and has achieved initial results, and specific opinions and measures have also been recognized by the relevant ministries. In the next step, the association will closely combine the enterprise reality and market concerns learned in the theme education research, strengthen the communication and consultation with relevant departments and enterprises, in accordance with the development requirements of the industry and adapt to the needs of member enterprises, continue to optimize and improve the key work plan of the association, try its best to meet the demands of members, and actively promote the high-quality development of China's steel industry.

Tan Chengxu welcomed the visit of He Wenbo and his delegation to Anshan Steel and affirmed the extensive work that the Steel Association is currently doing for the industry. At the same time, Tan Chengxu combined with the actual situation of Anshan steel, expounded his views on the industry issues. He says Mr He's general approach to industry development has something in common with Angang. Production capacity governance is not only an industry issue, but also an enterprise issue, which needs to go through a relatively long adjustment road, but how to combine production capacity governance, green transformation, extreme energy efficiency and other work, overall consideration and cross-thinking, to help the industry out of the development trough as soon as possible is a topic that needs in-depth research and is relatively urgent. Angang will combine its own characteristics, explore the key work of the industry such as green low-carbon transformation and "Cornerstone Plan", provide some "Angang experience" for the industry, and fully cooperate with the association to promote relevant work.
