The People's Government of Tangjiahe Town, Laoting County, in accordance with the Land Management Law of the People's Republic of China and the Penalty Benchmark of Natural Resources Administrative Division of Hebei Province, has imposed the following penalties on the company: 1. Order the company to return 53755 square meters of land illegally occupied; 2. According to the standard of 20 yuan per square meter for illegally occupying 53755 square meters of agricultural land, a fine of RMB (in words): One million seventy-five thousand and one hundred yuan.

In the ticket (Letangxiaoju [2023] No. 05) issued by the People's Government of Tangjiahe Town, Laoting County on February 25, 2023, Tangshan Guotang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. also constructed the environmental upgrading and reconstruction project of urban relocation without approval. The People's Government of Tangjiahe Town, Laoting County, in accordance with the provisions of the Land Management Law of the China and the Benchmark of Administrative Penalties for Natural Resources in Hebei Province, imposed the following penalties on the company: 1 Order the return of 64835 square meters of illegally occupied land; 2. According to the standard of illegal occupation of 55911 square meters of agricultural land at 20 yuan per square meter and illegal occupation of 8924 square meters of non agricultural land at 10 yuan per square meter, a fine of RMB (in words): one million two hundred and seven thousand four hundred and sixty yuan.
