The Youth League Committee and Youth Working Committee of Hebei Xinda Group were formally established on December 25, 2021 under the correct leadership of the superior Youth League Committee and with the strong support of the Group's Board of directors. The Youth League Committee of the Group has 5 general League branches and 26 League branches, covering the production and operation enterprises of the Group as well as the logistics department units, covering the regions of Qian 'an City and Chengde City of Hebei Province, Liaoyuan City of Jilin Province and Jinzhou City of Liaoning Province.
